Can I Cancel my Order?

On standard production orders, cancellations must be requested via email to support@justbuttons.org within one business day, and will be refunded in full if no production work has begun on your order.  All graphic work is non-refundable. If graphic design work is done for your order prior to your cancellation, you will be billed for the graphic designers time. 


After one business day, depending on how far we have gotten into production, we may be able to stop production and charge you only for the time and materials used. 

 

RUSH orders are processed immediately.  If you choose to cancel you will be billed for any time and materials used in the production of your order.
