If you do not live in Connecticut, and you are not picking up your order at our location in Branford CT, then sales tax will not be applied to your oder.
If you live in the great state of Connecticut, or if you live out of state, but will be picking up your order at our location in Branford CT, we are required by law to collect sales tax. Unless, you have a resellers certificate or tax exempt status and can provide us with with the proper documentation.
